When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We store your name and email in our database (Google Firestore) to identify your account and send you service-related communications.
We store the course topics, descriptions, audience definitions, and all content you create using the platform — including knowledge bases, expert interview transcripts, course outlines, and slide content — in Google Firestore under your account.
We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how authenticated users interact with the platform. Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behaviour, and page navigation within the authenticated application. These recordings help us identify usability issues and improve the product.
Clarity associates session data with your signed-in user identity so we can understand per-user behaviour patterns.
Microsoft's use of data collected through Clarity is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement (microsoft.com/privacystatement). You may opt out of Clarity's data collection by enabling a "Do Not Track" signal in your browser.

When you invite a subject matter expert to an interview, Learning Engineer Agent sends an invitation email to that expert from the platform's own email address. The expert's email address you provide is used solely to send this invitation and is not stored beyond what is necessary to deliver the interview link. We do not access, read, store, or process any email from your personal Gmail or email account.
Our use of Google infrastructure adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firestore, Cloud Run, Firebase Hosting) in the United States. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including Firebase Authentication for access control and server-side token verification for all API requests.
Expert invitation verification codes are never exposed to client-side code or logs. All sensitive credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the service:

Your account data and course content are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
