These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Learning Engineer Agent ("Service"), operated by Sudhir Gupta. By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Learning Engineer Agent is currently in private beta. The Service is provided for evaluation and feedback purposes. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice during the beta period. We do not guarantee uptime or data preservation during beta.
Access to the Service during beta requires an invitation code. You must have a valid Google account to sign in. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms.
Your beta access code is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your access code with others.
You retain ownership of all course content, knowledge bases, interview transcripts, outlines, and other materials you create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content and your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy laws.
When you invite a subject matter expert to be interviewed through the Service, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from that expert and for ensuring that the invitation and interview process complies with applicable privacy laws. You must not use the invitation feature to send unsolicited communications.
Invitation emails are sent from the platform's own email address — the Service does not access or use your personal Gmail or email account to send invitations.
The Service integrates with Google APIs including Google Drive and Google Slides. Your use of these integrations is subject to Google's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. When you grant the Service access to your Google Drive, we will only create files you explicitly request — we will not access, modify, or delete your existing files.
The Service does not request access to your Gmail account. Expert invitation emails are sent by the platform's backend using the platform's own credentials.
The Service uses AI models (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate knowledge bases, interview questions, course outlines, and slide content. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it for any purpose. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service, including its software, design, and underlying AI agents, is owned by Sudhir Gupta and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $10 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time during beta. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms at this URL with a new date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
